Enviu International
In request of the municipality of Rotterdam, Enviu International is intended to launch an online platform. The platform’s mission is to help job seekers with an unemployment benefit in landing jobs. Namely by creating and making flexible jobs accessible and in this way cater to the future economy of Rotterdam. This will all be made possible through the simple online platform called: “On the Job”.
Across the online platform two communities, the job seeker “Jobbers” and the employer “Senior Citizens”, will be able to help each other by working together. The elderly and seniors 65+ can enjoy the care of old days securely along with the familiarity and attention from someone in the neighborhood.

The challenge for this project was, how do you design such a platform? The Imagineering Design Approach
In order to create this value-creation platform, I first had to understand the ecosystem in which this platform will operate, by identifying the values, needs and relationship of these two communities. This was done through
research, interviews and creative sessions with the stakeholders using the Imagineering Design Approach.
The process of Imagineering has proved that deep engagement, collective creativity and dialogue can reveal surprising solutions. Solution
It was discovered that there are too many hidden talents that both groups are not aware of and just by igniting these dialogues both groups can inspire and be meaningful for each other. So it’s time to reframe! Introducing: 'Discover Your Talent'.
This high concept was designed to enable interaction and the co-creation of value.
This narrative was translated in a bold, creative concept that enables the seniors to have a strong voice. At the same time a more fun, engaging and friendly online platform.
